If you look after your partner, or a relative or friend who is ill or disabled, you are a carer, even if you don't think of yourself that way. It could be that you've cared for that person for a long time or just temporarily. Remember, there are young carers too who may be helping to look after a family member. Did you know there are Wellbeing Mentors in our Community? They are there to work with anyone who wishes to have some help and support and for anyone wanting to make lifestyle changes. They can work with you on a one-to-one basis or are happpy to talk to groups and organisations about what options are on offer.
