Stretton Branch Surgery Patients - We will be migrating over to a new clinical system on 7th August 2018. While we prepare to go to the new system we will not have full access to the computer system so we will be only running a small number of clinics. This may limit access to Doctors appointments for the next ten days. Please bear with us during this time. From 8th August access will return to normal.

Carers Information

Are you a Carer?

If you look after your partner, or a relative or friend who is ill or disabled, you are a carer, even if you don't think of yourself that way. It could be that you've cared for that person for a long time or just temporarily. Remember, there are young carers too who may be helping to look after a family member.  Did you know that Warrington have a Carers Centre for all carers and run a Young Carers group too.  There is a lot of support in Warrington, click the link below to find out more.  Please  let the surgery know if you are a carer so we can be sure you are getting the right support:

Warrington Wellbeing Service

Did you know there are Wellbeing Mentors in our Community? They are there to work with anyone who wishes to have some help and support and for anyone wanting to make lifestyle changes.  They can work with you on a one-to-one basis or are happpy to talk to groups and organisations about what options are on offer.
